Cancellation & Refund Policies

For the first late cancellation or no-show, there will be no charge. For additional late cancellations or no-shows, a fee equal to the cost of the visit will be charged per occurrence. ($25, $20 or $15) Please notify us promptly of any changes 24 hours prior to your appointment and no fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with our policy for both group fitness classes and Sound bed/Infrared Experiences.

For classes cancelled 24 hours prior to class time or earlier, your pre-paid class rate will be refunded to the payment provided.

Membership Clients: For the first two late cancellation or no-shows, there will be no charge.
