Rooted in jazz, ballet and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high-cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results.

SHiNE Uplift Strength
SHiNE Dance Fitness has cracked the code to create a strength-training program that’s the perfect balance of effective and HELLA FUN! In fact, UPLIFT so much fun it turns fitness LOATHERS into LOVERS and LOVERS into ADDICTS. This is not a dance class, but each routine is choreographed to iconic music, and when safety isn’t compromised, you’re likely to find a booty shake or shimmy.

Feldenkrais Movement
The Feldenkrais Method® education uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want. This can help you become more aware of your physical self and your emotional self, enhancing your entire well-being. Format is similar to yoga.

SAIL Fitness
Stay Active & Independent for Life - This class is designed for those over 60 but all are welcome. This class is done seated, standing or a little of each. We will warm up with dynamic stretching, move on to marching variations to increase our heart rates then take time to cool down and hydrate. We will also utilize light weights or bands and finish with static stretching. Clothing should allow for movement and tennis shoes are best.

Simply Yoga
Soul Center provides many different types of Yoga from both local instructors and traveling instructors. We have Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Aromatherapy Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Our classes improve flexibility, strength and reduce stress which cultivates mental clarity and a sense of freedom and peace.
